CANCELLATION POLICY

As a private service, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To honor my time and maintain a seamless experience for all clients, I kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling and 48 hours for cancellations. Appointments canceled within less than 48 hours—or missed entirely—will incur a 50% service fee, automatically charged to the card on file. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience. Clients arriving 10 minutes late may receive a shortened service, and at 15 minutes late, you will receive a fee of $15, and anything after 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and the 50% fee will apply.
